Usage: /etc/init.d/frps {start|stop|restart|status|config|info|version}

GitHub Actions release sync

• Workflow: .github/workflows/sync-frp-releases.yml
• Purpose: automatically sync the latest fatedier/frp release assets into frp-releases/<tag>/ and publish the same version as a GitHub Release in this repository
• Triggers: manual workflow_dispatch and a daily scheduled run
